Building with Claude.
Everyone's seen what AI can write. Fewer know what it can build. We've spent the past two years building our own marketing tools with Claude, and this is a full day to build one of your own: learn how in the morning, build your tool in the afternoon, and take it home working. No code. You describe the job, Claude does the building.
No account yet? We'll set you up in the first ten minutes, on the free plan. You can decide about paying later, on your own.

Sound like you?
There's a job in your business you repeat every week. Quotes, follow-ups, job sheets, reports. It's yours forever, apparently.
You've heard AI can automate things like that. You've never seen anyone actually do it.
Custom software was always someone else's budget. Twenty grand and a six-month wait.
That's what changed. Claude can build working software from plain English now. We've been building our own marketing tools with it for two years. In one day we show you how, and you build one for your business: learn in the morning, build in the afternoon.
What you'll learn.
What Claude actually is, and what it's genuinely good at.
How software gets built now: describe the job, watch it get built, test it.
How to write instructions AI can't misread.
How to build a small tool that does one weekly job in your business.
How to spot confident rubbish, and check work you can't read.
What to build next, and what's worth paying for.
One day. Here's the run sheet.
Learn in the morning, build in the afternoon. You work on your own business the whole time, and we're right there with you.
Doors and setup
Coffee, laptops out, Claude running on your machine.
Watch it get built
A tool goes from one sentence to working, live, in front of you. What Claude's good at, where it falls over, and why you don't need to code.
Learn the method
How to describe a job so Claude builds the right thing, how to test what comes back, and how to spot confident rubbish. Practised on small, real examples.
Lunch
We break for 45 minutes. Plenty of spots within a block.
Build yours
Pick the job you repeat every week. Describe it, build it, run it on real work from your own business, with us at your screens.
Wrap
You leave with the tool running and the playbook for the next one.
Morning tea lands around 10:15.
You leave with it built.
Claude, set up properly
On your machine, ready to use again the next morning.
A tool you built, running
Does one real job in your business. Working, not a demo.
The way to build the next one
You'll have done it once, start to finish. The second one is easier.
Every prompt and pattern from the day
The toolkit, written down, yours to keep.
A straight answer on AI
What it can do for your business, what it can't, and what's worth paying for.
First word on the weekend build
A two-day version is coming. People who've done a workshop hear first.
Run by people who build with AI every day.
Angus is our Managing Director and has been running Local Marketing Group in Brisbane since 2016. He takes the room with our Head of Strategy, so that's two of us for ten seats, and someone at your screen the moment you get stuck.
For the past two years we've been building our own marketing tools with Claude: tools that write, publish and fix marketing for real businesses every week. That's what's in the room. Not AI theory, thousands of hours of actually building.

Questions, answered.
I can't code. Is this for me?
Yes. Nobody in the room needs to code, that's the point. Claude writes the code; your job is knowing your business and saying what you want clearly. If you can write an email, you're qualified.
What will I actually build?
One small tool that does one repeat job. A quote follow-up writer. A review reply drafter. A job-sheet generator. A price calculator. You pick the job on the day, and we'll help you pick one that's winnable in a morning.
What do I bring?
A laptop. If you already use Claude, bring the login. If not, we set you up in the first ten minutes.
Does Claude cost money?
There's a free plan, and it's enough to start. We'll show you what the paid plan adds so you can decide later, on your own. Nobody sells you anything in the room.
Is one day really enough?
Yes. You won't leave with an app in the App Store, but a whole afternoon of building gets a real tool doing a real job, and the skill to build the next one.
What's the weekend build?
The step after this. Two days, one room, a small group building bigger things alongside us. This day comes first, and people who've done one hear about the weekend before anyone else.
What if I don't leave with it working?
Then you don't pay. If your tool isn't working when you leave, we refund your seat.
Lock in your day.
