I can't code. Is this for me?
Yes. Nobody in the room needs to code, that's the point. Claude writes the code; your job is knowing your business and saying what you want clearly. If you can write an email, you're qualified.
What will I actually automate?
One job you repeat every week, handed to a small tool you built. A quote follow-up writer. A review reply drafter. A job-sheet generator. A price calculator. You pick the job on the day, and we'll help you pick one that's winnable in a day.
What do I bring?
A laptop. If you already use Claude, bring the login. If not, we set you up in the first ten minutes.
Does Claude cost money?
There's a free plan, and it's enough to start. We'll show you what the paid plan adds so you can decide later, on your own. Nobody sells you anything in the room.
Is one day really enough?
Yes. You won't leave with an app in the App Store, but a whole afternoon gets one real job automated, and the skill to do the next one yourself.
Why do the dates move around the week?
So a standing commitment isn't the thing that stops you. Thursday suits some people, a Tuesday suits others. Same workshop either way, so pick the one that fits your week.
What's the weekend build?
